i've had quite a busy day today. i did a bit of work this morning and then rushed off with my mum to have a mothers day duo manicure and pedicure! it was an hour of pampering heaven! my nails are now a beautiful watermelon colour, i think it suits me. mothers day is only on sunday but we decided to celebrate it earlier. my mum was wearing closed shoes today so i had to find her a pair of slops to keep her toes pretty:) always wear slops if going for a pedicure. slops purchased i then went to a baby shower. a lady in my building is due next month and all the girls got together to celebrate. lots of cake, cupcakes, cute pink stuff and lots of baby talk! it sounds very sickening but i loved every second of it. i never get tired of looking at cute little socks and bibs! now i'm back at work counting down the minutes until i can go home.

tonight i think i'll do some retail therapy and get a dvd and some chinese. wayne gets back tomorrow yay! ♥
