my grandmother passed away last week.
she was such an amazing woman and i will miss her dearly.
i will always remember the many flowers that filled her home, her painted eggs, icing wedding cakes, her attention to detail, playing croquet on the lawn, ultramel custard, the bee hives humming, playing cards on the floor, the sounds of her piano, small teacups, the washing machine tree in her front garden, the old red truck, the way she called everyone dear.
gran you were so lovely, i love you oh so much and always will.
i know you are in a happier place - sitting beside grandpa, holding his hand.
